I sold my car via Auto trader auctions to Ping Vehicles. The team arrived to collect my car on time and transferred the funds into my account instantly. They then contacted DVLA to transferred the ownership. First class service from Ping Vehicles.

Having read the previous reviews, we arrived with the thoughts that they had written their own reviews as they were too good to be true.....but they Weren't. David and Co were absolutely as described, a pleasure to do business with and couldn't have been more helpful, courteous, pleasant, great comms and knowledgeable about their trade and how to deal with customers. Absolutely different brewed of car sales, the motors are clean inside and out. NOT like when they take photos and you get there it's a shed... I've already recommended them to friends and will use again when required.

Over the years I have purchased many vehicles. In fact I nearly purchased another similar vehicle from another dealer prior to finding Ping. These gentleman respond. They answer questions, they don’t BS, they get answers, they sort things out such that by the time you receive the vehicle you are super happy. They broke their back to help and answer my questions, then drove the vehicle down for me. I have never never never had such a seamless experience and can only assure anyone reading this that FINALLY there is a dealer in the uk that will get things done and be worthy of your trust. The nicest guys and super efficient. They deserve all the success coming to them and I will be calling them next time without doubt.

Purchased a lovely genuine car 2018 BMW X5 HYBRID from ping, the guys were really helpful and genuinely nice, makes a change to the usual car dealers, fantastic customer service, delivered the car for free (1 hours drive away) and waved the £150 delivery fee, would love to deal with again and definately recommend them 10/10 for service, with some lovely cars 5*****
